Repeat Prescriptions
For medication which you need on a regular basis it may not be necessary to see a doctor to obtain your prescription. You will be given a computer-produced repeat prescription slip that lists the items you can request. When you need your medication tick the items you require and return the slip to us. Your prescription will be ready for collection in 2 working days (except Bank Holidays).
Alternatively you can register for our online services and order via the link at the top of this page or register with the NHS App NHS App and your NHS account - NHS.

Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
