Doctor's bag

If you think you need a doctor to visit, but it is not an emergency, please try to telephone us before 10.30am.  A doctor will normally be available to speak to you, give advice and arrange a visit if this is felt to be necessary.

If you ask someone to request a visit on your behalf, please tell them something about your problem and how urgent you think it is.  Do not forget that they will need to tell us the address to visit and telephone number so that we can contact you easily.

Children who are very ill will always be seen as soon as possible if brought to the surgery (a prior phone-call to alert us would be appreciated and help to ensure that a doctor is available).  This is usually quicker than a home visit.  If you are in doubt about bringing your child out please call the surgery and a doctor or nurse will be able to advise you.
